If someone may be injured, in danger, or needs urgent help, call 911 or local emergency services immediately. FallGuard is not a medical emergency device and does not dispatch emergency responders.

Include your account email, approximate event time, camera name if known, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, full payment card numbers, or unnecessary sensitive information.

• Ring account linking and webhook setup.
• Ring subscription status, plan limits, and account-link troubleshooting.
• Possible fall alerts, false alarms, review status, and processing metadata.
• Alert contacts, SMS/email settings, and notification troubleshooting.
• Review-media retention, privacy, account deletion, account access, and security concerns.

FallGuard support may inspect account settings, Ring connection status, service logs, and alert metadata for troubleshooting. Support does not view customer video, images, or FallGuard review media through internal support tools.

• Review possible fall events, retained images, retained review video, timestamps, and alert status from the Alerts page.
• Delete individual alerts and retained review media from the Alerts page.
• Turn review-media storage on or off from Settings. When off, FallGuard saves the detection result and deletes clip/pose media after processing.
• Delete your FallGuard account from Account Security. This removes the account and associated FallGuard data, except limited records retained for legal, security, billing, or compliance reasons.
• Contact support for privacy, account deletion, or data-control help.
